Our stay at Kaiserdom Hotel Huanshi East Road was fantastic! The location was convenient, with a metro station nearby and plenty of shops around. This hotel is a great value for money, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff is extremely helpful and kind, always ready to assist with requests. The hotel's location is ideal, as it is just a one-minute walk from convenience shops and a metro station, making it easy to explore the city.
The hotel could improve on the lighting and ensure that all elevators go to the hotel room floors. However, these minor inconveniences did not affect my overall experience.

The rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. The subway station is very close. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming. The location is perfect, right behind a metro station. There is a free shuttle bus to the Canton Fair. Ms Kiki at the front desk was very helpful. The housekeeping staff was very good.

I loved staying at this hotel, not only because of its spacious and clean rooms but also because of its excellent location. Being right next to a metro station was incredibly convenient for me and saved me a lot of time and money on transportation. Moreover, the hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Ms Kiki, who provided me with useful guidance throughout my stay. The hotel facilities such as the lobby and hallways were also impressive and well-maintained.

Great location just a few steps from a metro station and a popular fast-food chain. A convenient shuttle service to a nearby venue was available. The staff was helpful, especially Ms Kiki who made us feel welcome. Our room was clean and spacious with a unique game table for added entertainment.
The hotel was challenging to locate with no visible signage in English, leading us to rely on inconsistent gate security and other accommodating hotel staff. The breakfast was okay, but it was located separately from the hotel premises.
